Business Continuity

At SmartWitness, the safety of our employees and their families is our number one priority. In response to the spread of COVID-19 across the world, we are changing the way we operate so that we can keep them safe, and to contribute to controlling the spread of the virus. We have implemented the following changes with immediate effect so that we are able to continue to provide service and support to our customers during this difficult time.


Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Development/R&D, & Operations
These teams are working from home and will be available during our standard office hours (8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday). They are equipped with state of the art telephony and video conferencing facilities, and are available for standard calls or video conferences. We do however ask for your understanding should you hear any background noise (children, pets, etc.) while they are working from home.

Stock & Distribution
Our production facilities in the far east were amongst the first to be alerted of the virus back in January, at that time we increased production to help alleviate any future supply disruptions, and as such we now have healthy stock levels to see us through the next few months, with more ready to be shipped to our global offices as soon as restrictions allows. As of March 16, we have implemented a work from home policy for the majority of our logistics staff, but orders are still being fulfilled. However, shipments may experience a delay of 1-2 business days during this period due to the limited personnel.
Our warehouse staff in the USA and UK have changed their regular working practices so that they are maintaining social distancing and we have implemented safe working practice so they remain healthy and do not contribute to the spread.

Services & Support
Our cloud services are fully operational and we have plans in place to keep them this way during this period. All support staff are working from home and maintaining our standard 24/7 support levels. As with our sales and operations staff, we do however ask for your understanding should you hear any background noise (children, pets etc.) while they are working from home.

Future Updates
A pandemic of this size means that the landscape is changing daily. Our management team and team members are ready to face the changing landscape and we will keep you informed of any changes to the above on this page.
